Mountain Spirit Essential Oil Workshop

After a weekend at the Mountain Spirit Festival, feeding our minds, souls, and bodies with inspirational speakers and uplifting yoga, give yourself the time and space to learn how to fill your wellness toolbox. This workshop is complimentary for wellness attendees from the fest ✨ We will sit and relax in a small intimate backyard oasis, connected with Mother Nature and learning how her GIFTS can serve us! We will learn about the powerful abundant benefits of essential oils, and how you will be able to integrate them into your everyday practices. Then have the chance to create your own personal blend to take home with you. There are endless possibilities ❤️ post questions here, or message me directly. Location will be provided a few days prior!

Again, this class is COMPLIMENTARY for wellness attendees, or $5.00 for non-attendees.

You will get a 45min informative class, personal roller bottle, all of my favourite recipes (sunscreen, lip balm..) plus a glass of homemade lavender lemonade! 🍋

Forest Bathing originated in Japan (Shinrin-Yoku) to restore and maintain health through slow movement and focused attention under the forest canopy. Mairi Budreau guides the senses one-at-a-time to attune with the natures gifts, messages, and energies. Develop intuition and “clairs” while healing occurs in body, mind, and spirit. 3 hour sessions that can heal your life.

Award winning professional artist, author, graphic designer, photographer and explorer of what makes life what it is.
Since a child Mairi sought for what she called “quality of life” a quality measured by, this feels right, this doesn’t.
It led her down roads of solitude in the wilderness, distant solo road trips across Canada and deep into the American South west, writing about past lives and Spirit Guide Victorio, overcoming crippling anxiety, studying the works of master teachers, surviving a dark night of the soul, and working through the limitations of a society that smothers potential and authenticity.

Budreau is a play in progress with both eyes on the present moment. She is a Forest Bathing guide in Kamloops, BC.
Born near Toronto, Ontario Canada in 1961, Mairi grew up on a farm the youngest of five children.
Today she is “Gran” to two delightful boys and lives with her beloved husband and pussycat in Kamloops, BC.
