Pound The Park (July 22,2017)

The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and Isometric poses into a 45-minute series.These outdoor summer classes will only be $2.00 per class and weather permitting. If it rains that morning we won’t be able to do the class. Bring a yoga mat or something to sit on & water. We will supply ripstix to use during the class.
