Pound The Park (June 17, 2017)

The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and Isometric poses into a 45-minute series. Burn between 400 and 900+ calories. These outdoor summer classes are weather permitting. If it rains that morning we won’t be able to do the class. Bring a mat & water. We will supply the ripstix to use during class.
